Booking, Appointment & Policy Information
All sessions are scheduled in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Booking Policy
Appointments are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Once a date and time are agreed upon, an invoice will be issued to secure your booking. If payment has not been completed, the appointment is not confirmed and remains available for others to book.
Same-day appointments are not available.
Appointments are for individual clients only and must be booked for yourself.
Appointment Details
Once payment has been received, you will be sent a calendar invitation within 24 business hours. If you have not received your confirmation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, please get in touch.
All virtual readings are held via Zoom, and your access details will be included in your calendar invitation.
Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled session. All appointment details can be found in your invoice and calendar invite.
Refund, Reschedule & Attendance Policy
Refunds are not offered for any services.
You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session time. All reschedule requests must be confirmed before your original appointment date and time.
No-Show & Late Policy
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
Late arrivals cannot be extended. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be marked as a no-show and cancelled without rescheduling. A new booking will need to be made at full price.
Travel Fee Terms & Conditions
Travel fees are a standard part of mobile service operations and ensure that in-person sessions remain sustainable and fairly priced for both the practitioner and client.
Mobile Reiki sessions are offered within a set service radius from my base location in Townsville, Queensland. This allows for a comfortable, sustainable, and timely mobile service experience.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept these travel terms.
Travel Fees
Travel fees apply for locations outside the included local service area. These fees cover fuel, travel time, and vehicle running costs.
Within approximately 20 km: Travel fee already included in service
20–30 km: $10 travel fee applies
30+ km: Travel fee is quoted individually prior to booking
Where applicable, your exact travel fee will always be confirmed before your appointment is finalised.
Location Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing an accurate address at the time of booking. Any changes to location may result in a revised travel fee.
Time & Availability
Travel time is included in scheduling to ensure each client receives a calm and unrushed experience. Appointment times may be adjusted slightly based on travel distance to maintain service quality.
Refunds & Cancellations (Travel Component)
If a booking is cancelled with sufficient notice in accordance with the cancellation policy, any prepaid travel fees will be handled according to the refund terms of the overall service booking. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in travel fees being non-refundable.
Terms of Service
By submitting a booking form, you acknowledge and agree that all sessions are offered for personal insight, spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only. Any decisions or actions taken by the client as a result of the session are their own responsibility. Jordyn does not accept responsibility for actions taken by clients following a reading or healing session. Jordyn does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or guidance relating to health, death, or third parties without their consent.
